The Guardians of Grover Barn is working with Freedom’s Frontier National Heritage Area (FFNHA) to take advantage of their 501(c)(3) status. This allows donations made to the Guardians of Grover Barn through the FFNHA to be tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. After receiving the funds, the FFNHA makes 100% of them available to the Guardians. There are several ways to take advantage of this, online using a credit/debit card or a bank transfer, or by mailing a check or money order.

Online by Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer

To donate online, go to https://secure.givelively.org/donate/freedom-s-frontier-national-heritage-area/guardians-of-grover-barn. Indicate whether it is a one-time or a monthly donation. Choose the amount of the donation from the preset amounts or put in a custom amount. If desired, turn on the optional request for making an anonymous donation. When ready, click the “Donate” button. You will then be given the option of which payment method to use. Click on the option of your choice and follow the instructions on the screen.

By Check or Money Order

To donate by check or money order, make them payable to Freedom’s Frontier National Heritage Area and write “Guardians of Grover Barn” on the memo line. Mail the donation to: Guardians of Grover Barn/Freedom’s Frontier National Heritage Area, c/o Watkins Museum of History, 1047 Massachusetts Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.

100% of donations is used for the work the Guardians of Grover Barn does to preserve and promote the Grover Barn and its history.
